Preparation and Device Setup

  •     Go to the Google Play Store and log out of any existing users
  •     Clear the Google Play Store Cache
    1. Go to the Settings App
    2. Navigate to the App page
    3. Select “Google Play Store”
    4. Select “Force Stop”
    5. Once Completed select “Storage”
    6. Select “Clear Data”
    7. Select “Clear Cache”
  •     Navigate back to the Google Play Store
  •     Login to the Google Play Store using a Gmail account
  •     Ensure you accept all TandC’s
  •     In the Google Play Store sidebar navigate to “Account”
  •     Select “Payment Method”
  •     Select “Operator Billing”
  •     Confirm Address
  •     Accept Carrier Billing
