  • Through My Airtel App
  • SMS Method : type “airtel” and send it to 555

Our Bill Payment channels

E-Bill

Get your bill via e-mail – Get a PDF version of your bill sent straight to your email inbox each month. You’ll get yours within a few days from the bill generation, be able to easily file them online and save a few trees at the same time.

  • How to request for e-bill services
    1. New Customers: All you have to do is mention your email address on the subscriber enrollment form at the point of obtaining the new Airtel Post-paid connection.
    2. Existing Customers: if you wish to receive your bill via email , you could follow any of the following activities
      1. Send the below mentioned SMS short code from your Airtel Post-paid number and convert to e-bill services. (i.e. ebillemail id & send to 555)
      2. Call our customer service hotline on 1755 and request for e-bill services.
      3. Visit any one of our Airtel stores situated island wide and submit your request.
    3. To obtain your e-bill password type “ebillpswd” send to 555.

For Duplicate Bill & Itemized Bill

If you are in need of a duplicate bill, you could follow any of the following methods.

  • Walk into any one of our Airtel stores located island wide and submit the request.
  • Call our customer service hotline on 1755 and place your request for a duplicate bill.

(Rs. 100/= will be charged for duplicate bill & Itemized bill)

Bill Delivery Channels
