Do Not Disturb – Deactivate Promotional SMS/Calls

This option allows you to control the type of promotional messages & calls you want to receive OR “Stop Receiving”.

DND Activation method Options
USSD Based Pre-Paid Dial *155# → Select Option "7" → Select Option "2"
Post-Paid Dial *155# → Select Option "7" → Select Option "8"
Call Center Based Call 1755 (Get help from customer care Agent)

Given below are the types of DND available;

  • Stop receiving only promotional SMS
  • Stop receiving only promotional Calls
  • Stop receiving only VAS related promotional SMS
  • Stop receiving only WAP related promotional SMS (URL links)
  • Stop receiving all types of promotional SMS & Calls
