Once the SIM replacement request is received, we will contact you for verification. Thereafter a replacement SIM will be posted which you should receive within 4 days.

Once you receive the new SIM please dial 1755 to activate your SIM.

If you don’t receive your replacement SIM within 4 Days, please call us on 1755.


You can walk into one of the Airtel Store, Brand Shop or Sewa Centers which is nearest to your location by selecting your district. You may need to submit a copy of your NIC to the outlet.
