SIM Replacement – Lost or Damaged

Dial #132# to check the SIM is registered under your NIC.

Please go to the nearest retailer and request for a SIM change and provide below information.

  1. Your Mobile Number
  2. Your NIC Number
Retailer will provide you a new SIM and within 5 to 10 minutes you will get the confirmation request that the SIM change has been done.

Bring your NIC and walk into nearest Airtel Store, Brand shop or Sewa Center to get your SIM change done.
