The Job

  • Ensuring superior experience to Airtel Postpaid Customers – Consumer & Small business through end-to-end lifecycle management
  • Planning and executing activities for postpaid customer base to manage new customer experience, collection, retention , bad debt and own base upsell
  • Partner Management- managing the tele-calling operations and ensuring productivity of all the tele-calling and support agents
  • Coordination with Sales, Marketing, IT and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations of all life cycle related activities
  • Communications and engagement to keep postpaid customers proactively informed through SMS, EDMs and other modes of communication and use the same to explore up sell opportunities
  • Share relevant MIS reports with stakeholders to improve postpaid KPIs
  • The incumbent will report to Head – Postpaid Experience and Zonal Operations

The Person

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification from a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably from telecom or service industry
  • Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Customer-centric approach with passion for superior customer service
  • Excellent Analytical Skills – Advanced Excel & MS Access knowledge
  • Great Interpersonal Skills with ability for people management
  • Excellent communication skills

The Job

  • Identifying training requirements of Field Sales Executives (FSEs), Business Development Executives(BDEs) & Freelancers and support in developing training modules
  • Roll-out of training modules in assigned geographic areas and conduct on the job training to FSEs and BDEs.
  • Developing and roll-out of motivational programs to keep the team energized and connected to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Continuous monitoring of performance to analyze performance/ skills gaps and recommend/ construct and conduct training programs as appropriate.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field or CIM/SLIM qualification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Territory Manager/Area Manager in FMCG/ Insurance or Telco
  • Full or part qualification in Human Resources/ Training is an added advantage
  • Sound understanding in sales operations
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and Tamil
  • Passion for learning and developing people
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Ability to travel around the island extensively
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages

Job description

Business Partner Project Portfolio Management team is part of the Group IT team that plays the main interface role between the IT domains and the various business units as project and delivery management.

This role is responsible for leading a cross functional and matrix team within the IT and business domains to deliver projects on time and on budget meeting the business objectives. The Project Manager will have to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity at any point in time.

As such the Senior Project Manager must exhibit a broad range of qualities in order to gain/maintain credibility and successfully lead our projects. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate stand-out leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in delivery of complex IT applications projects within a matrix environment
  • Experience managing vendor engagements
  • Experience in procurement process – managing tenders and negotiating contracts
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience for PM and 10 years for Senior PM
